STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Staff at the field and supervisory level are given in service training and are also sent to different organizations to attend various training programmes like community animators training for communal harmony, personality development and leadership development training, various workshops on communication through puppets, effective teaching methodology,ways of dealing with difficult children and enhancing teaching skills through music and movement, workshop on HIV/AIDS, first aid etc. Social Workers of CORP also act as resource persons in refresher courses for community health workers, training for preschool teachers, Making of teaching aids for use with preschool children and also conducting training programmes on achievement motivation for women.
